When attempting to open a PowerPoint file through the [PowerPoint Polling] tool in the TurningPoint Cloud Dashboard, Powerpoint generates an error: “Power Point Polling was unable to open. Please close the application and try again. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.”
Solution – Step #2
- Click [Add-Ins].
- Click [Disabled Items] under the drop down menu next to [Manage].
- Click [Go].
