1. Click [Grades] on the main navigation bar.
  2. Click [More Actions] drop-down button, located on the “Enter Grades” page of the Gradebook.
  3. Select {Hide/Show Columns}.
  4. To Hide columns, uncheck the boxes next to those specific Items or Categories.
  5. To Show columns, check the boxes next to those specific Items or Categories.
  6. Click [Save].

**Please note: Once successfully hidden, a note will appear: “Some grade items/categories are not displayed, click Manage Columns to change which items are visible.”
