To adjust YOUR view in Grades:

1. Click on [Grades]

2. Click on [Settings] in the upper right corner of the Grades page
3. On the “Personal Display Options” tab, under the “Grade Details” heading, choose the elements you wish to display by checking or unchecking the box beside each one.
NOTE: the “Grade Scheme Symbol” for the default grade scheme will display percentages in the gradebook.
4. Click [Save]

To adjust your STUDENTS’ view in Grades:

1. After clicking on [Settings] in the Grades area, click to select the “Org Unit Display Options” tab.
2. Under the “Student View Display Options” heading, choose the elements you wish students to see, by checking or unchecking the box beside each element.
NOTE: the “Grade Scheme Symbol” for the default grade scheme will display percentages in the student view of grades.
3. Click [Save]
